 Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the customer within 10 calendar days. To request a Return Merchandise Aurthorization please email rma@thepeppersprayplace.com. Returns must be recieved within 10 calendar days from the date the RMA# is issued. Products recieved later than this date cannot be accepted for return. 

Product Condition:
Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a 25% minimum restocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. 

Packing and Shipping:
Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton. Please include a copy of your invoice in the carton. Please keep the original invoice. Print the RMA# on ALL 6 SIDES of the sipping carton. Packages without a visible RMA# will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended.
